Wood Frame Rises for Mixed-Use Development in Culver City

The wood frame of a mixed-use development is now rising at the southeast corner of Washington and Inglewood Boulevards in Culver City. The project, called Pennylane, will be a five-story structure featuring 97 studio and one-bedroom dwellings above 15,000 square feet of ground-floor commercial space and basement parking for 200 vehicles.  Developer CityView will set aside four of the apartments as affordable housing.
